Banje Beach
TipBanje is the old town's main pebble beach, a short walk east through the Ploce Gate, with the classic view back at the walls from the water. The public stretch is free, but the beach-club loungers and umbrellas cost, so come early for a public spot in peak season, bring water shoes for the pebbles, and swim toward evening when the day-trip crowds thin.
